Here at 'Charged' we are passionate about the finer detailing & specially selecting top spec performance ebikes for our stock, previously owned but always looked after and once in our hands we specialise in fully servicing, replacing any worn parts, checking every bolt bearing and component, making sure everything is mechanically perfect to present for resale in next to new condition at fantastic prices compared to buying new.


With over 15 years experience in bike mechanics / sales and extensive knowledge,

Your maybe looking to buy an eMTB as a present for someone or yourself, with variations in ebikes available now, from frame & wheel sizes to specifics such as full on power motor/engines to lightweight less 'nm' motors to the latest size internal batteries.

We only stock high spec models either as standard or upgraded bikes to custom builds.

  • What are your business hours?

    you can contact us via telephone during 9.00am - 8.00pm 7 days a week. We have a by-apointment only policy to view and try any ebike you may be interested, contact us via phone or email to arrange a day and time to visit.

  • Where are you based?

    We are based in the centre of the AONB weardale in the north peninnes.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash or bank transfers.

  • Can we leave a deposit on a bike and collect at a later date?

    Yes we can hold an bike with a deposit to be collected within 14 days, with a minimum of 25% of the bikes sale price.

  • Is there a warranty?

    Generally warranty isnt available on a used ebike, i.e the motor and batteries are sensitive products which need to be looked after for  which can be abused (contact us for support on looking after your emtb) we do have a workshop to carry out all repairs so we do give piece of mind all bikes sold are fully serviced / tested / and safety checked ready to ride. 

    In a rare event of there being any issues with the bike how it rides within 14 days of the purchase we can check over and resolve FOC even with parts fitted if required (excluding a faulty battery or motor). In an event of anything going wrong with a bike in a short period of time, we need to investigate the bike ourselves, if the bike is touched by any other 3rd party LBS or dealer etc this will void us resolving any issue which may be there. We would most likely repair and resolve any issue at no charge to you but we are never liable to pay any charges(costs for labour or parts) from you taking one of our bikes purchased in to your Local bike shop.

  • Do you have finance options available?

    unfortuneatly we currently have no finance options available but will be coming soon..

  • Do you do Servicing/Repairs?

    Yes we offer service plans on ebikes brought from us, and any future repairs required your bike can be dropped back to us for us to carry this out,.. but no longer offer general servicing on other bikes not purchased from us.
